摘要
分析油库装车系统的工艺流程图,然后提出了监控系统以西门子S7-300PLC为下位机,上位机采用世纪星监控软件的分级模式的总体设计方案,并给出了系统的总体结构和PLC系统硬件结构。系统的设计和开发过程中,运用了PLC和现场总线技术,解决了重庆某油库装车集中控制的问题。
This paper analyzes the depot loading system process flow diagram, and then monitoring system to Siemens S7-300PLC next-bit machine, the PC with the overall design of the Century Star monitoring software classification model, and gives the overall structure of the systemand the PLC system hardware structure. System design and development process, the use of PLC and fieldbus technology to solve the problem of centralized control of a fuel depot loading.
