摘要
为了提高真空干燥工艺下百合干制品的品质,针对兰州百合真空干燥控制过程中关键工艺参数温度的高精度、大惯性、大滞后特点,设计智能真空干燥温度控制系统。实际应用表明:真空干燥室温度采集模块采用可编程数字温度传感器(DS18B20),方便灵活地实现了多点分布式测量,精度达到0.1度。同时,采用模糊自整定PID参数控制算法,即发挥了常规PID算法简单易实现、稳定性好、可靠性高的特点又发挥了模糊算法对复杂和近似模型系统可控的特点,控制效果良好。
In order to achieve the quality assurance of lilies in Lanzhou for vacuum drying, the intelligent control system of temperature for vacuum drying was desigened in the light of the characteristic of more precision,large inertia and large time delay. The results indicate that by using programmable digital temperature sensor (DS 18B20),temperature can be measured accurately, accuracy of 0.1 degrees and it achieve a temperature measurement model of multi-point distributed in vacuum drying chamber. The controllable effect can be achieved simpley and effectively by using fuzzy self-tuning PID controller, and it solves the difficulty that complex system model is unclear or approximate.
