In the campaigns of the thorough study and practice of the scientific outlook of development, our political party armed with correct theory, insisting on putting people first, focusing on the scientific developments, paying attention to livelihood problems and emphasizing on the prominent feature of practice so as to resolve specific problems which hinder the way of scientific development in our country. All of these establish the mechanism system which conforms to the scientific development concept and promote rapid and sound economic and social development to arouse the party member＇s and general people＇s enthusiasm for engaging in the activity of scientific development concept.
