摘要
学术权力体现了大学本质特性的外化,它依靠学者学术构建的权威,对客体产生松散性、非强制性、自下而上的总体影响。尤其是大学教师的学术权力保证了学术标准的现实贯彻,教师通过学术权力才得以从事学科的发展,通过学术权力才能够保障自身的主体性地位。因此,如何提升大学教师的学术权力成为高校普遍关注和急需改革的问题。大学学术权力提升的关键在于确立学术权力主体——教师在大学学术中的主体性地位。有学术权力行为的实施者,才能有大学学术权力的切实提升,两者之间的内在关联迫切需要进行深入的理论探讨。
Academic power externalizes the traits of universities, which depends on academic authority and has an overall influence on the object with its looseness, non-compulsoriness and bottom-up patterns. The academic power of university teachers guarantees the implementation of academic standards. Teachers can only develop their subjects and ensure their own subjectivity through academic powers. Therefore, how to improve university teachers’ academic powers has become a problem which colleges and universities focus on and wants to reform. The key to improve academic power in universities lies in establishing academic power position of the subject, teachers who enjoy their subjective status in university academics. Only when there are practitioner of academic powers can the academic powers in universities be promoted. There is an in-depth exploration of these two internal connections.
