摘要
作者采用SWOT分析方法全面剖析了高校保密管理工作的现状,厘清了高校保密管理工作发展内部环境中的优势与劣势、外部环境中的机会与威胁,并在此基础上,简要提出了高校保密管理工作的发展战略。
