These years sci--tech journal developed quickly and network populated more and more widely. Not only the circulation number can show if the journal is success or not, but also the network download rate had been concerned by some scholars and running publishes people. This article according to the data of network publishing of Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine reviewed the decisions and innovation of this journal and summarized the way of medical sci-tech journal running.
