金刚藤胶囊联合康妇消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效分析

Effect analysis of Jinggangteng capsule combined with kangfuxiaoyan suppository in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨金刚藤胶囊联合康妇消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将128例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分入对照组与观察组,给予60例对照组患者康妇消炎栓治疗,给予68例观察组金刚藤胶囊联合康妇消炎栓治疗,疗程2周。比较两组临床疗效及症状、体征评分的差别。结果观察组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为92.6%和76.6%,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组临床症状和体征评分分别为1.07±0.33、1.12±0.37,显著低于对照组(3.10±0.73、2.74±0.58,P<0.05)。结论金刚藤胶囊联合康妇消炎栓治疗慢性盆腔炎可显著提高临床疗效,改善患者预后。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of Jinggangteng capsule combined with kangfuxiaoyan suppository in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.METHODS 128 cases with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into control group and experience group.60 patients of control group were given kangfuxiaoyan suppository treatment and 68 cases of experience group received Jinggangteng capsules combined with kangfuxiaoyan suppository oral treatment.The treating course was 2 weeks.Clinical effect and symptom sign scores were compared between two groups.RESULTS The effective rates were 92.6% and 76.6% respectively in experience group and control group with significant difference（P0.05）;Symptom scores and sign scores in experience group were 1.07±0.33 and 1.12±0.37,which were much lower than those in control group（3.10±0.73 and 2.74±0.58,P0.05）.CONCLUSION Jinggangteng capsules combined with kangfuxiaoyan suppository for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can greatly improve clinical effect and prognosis.
