不同药物治疗84例妊娠高血压综合征的临床对比研究

Clinical comparative study of different medications for 84 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension

目的探讨和比较不同药物治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2010年4月～2012年7月收治的84例妊娠高血压综合症(重症)患者的临床资料,其中,观察组43例孕产妇采用了硫酸镁和拉贝洛尔联合治疗措施,对照组41例采用硫酸镁常规治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者在药物干预后,其血压控制较治疗前效果显著,其中硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗组,血压控制情况,显著优于硫酸镁常规解痉降压治疗组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。用药治疗后,观察组与对照组患者在宫颈裂伤、产后出血、子宫过度收缩等指标上比较,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔对PIH进行治疗,疗效显著,能有效降低孕产妇妊娠期高血压,值得向临床进一步推荐。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate and compare clinical efficacy of different drugs for the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.METHODS Clinical data of 84 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome（severe） were retrospectively analyzed.43 cases in the observation group were given magnesium sulfate and labetalol while 41 patients in control group were given conventional magnesium sulfate treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.RESULTS After treatment,blood pressure control in observation group was better than that in control group（P0.05）.Indications such as cervical laceration,postpartum bleeding,excessive uterine contraction,had significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Magnesium sulfate combined with Labetalol in treatment of PIH has significant effect which is worthy of clinical opplication.
