派丽奥糊剂治疗围种植体手术区牙周炎的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察和评估派丽奥糊剂治疗围种植体手术区牙周炎的临床疗效。方法将154例围种植体手术区牙周炎患者随机分为派丽奥糊剂治疗组87例,碘甘油治疗组67例,分别采用派丽奥糊剂和碘甘油进行治疗,检测治疗前后围种植体手术区牙周炎的菌斑指数、牙周袋探诊深度和牙龈出血点数。结果采用派丽奥糊剂和碘甘油治疗后1周和4周,派丽奥糊剂组和碘甘油组的菌斑指数阳性率、牙周袋探诊深度、牙龈出血点数阳性率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。派丽奥糊剂治疗组治疗后检测结果的阳性率明显低于碘甘油组(P<0.05)。结论派丽奥糊剂可有效控制围种植体手术区牙周围炎症,持续4周连续用药的疗效明显优于常用的碘甘油制剂。
