摘要
目的对棕榈子药效部位化学成分进行鉴别,并对其体内抗肿瘤活性进行初步研究,为进一步新药开发奠定基础。方法以MTT法为指导,结合经典化学反应对棕榈子活性部位药效成分进行鉴别,并建立体内H22荷瘤模型,对其抗肿瘤活性进行初步探讨。结果经典化学反应鉴定结果表明,棕榈子中抗肿瘤活性物质主要集中在正丁醇部位,其主要成分为缩合鞣质,含量将近50%;ICR小鼠口服给予正丁醇部位160mg·kg-1左右,其体内对H22肿瘤的抑瘤率可达44.21%。结论棕榈子中主要的抗肿瘤活性成分为缩合鞣质,具有较好的抗肿瘤活性,值得研究开发。
OBJECTIVE To identify the chemical composition of the effective fraction of Fructus Trachycarpi,and evaluate the antitumor activity of the active fraction in vivo so as to pave the way for new drug exploitation.METHODS Classical coloration method was carried out to verify the active component of the active fraction,accompanied with MTT guiding.And H22 tumor bearing mice model was established to evaluate the tumor inhibition activity of the effective fraction of Fructus Trachycarpi.RESULTS The butanol part was confirmed as the effective fraction of Fructus Trachycarpi,and condensed tannin was uncovered as the main active component,which composed 50% of the fraction.In vivo antitumor assay indicated that the tumor inhibition ratio could reach 44.21% with oral administrated 160mg·kg-1 of the effective fraction on ICR tumor bearing mice.CONCLUSION The condensed tannin was the main antitumor active component of Fructus Trachycarpi,which showed remarkable antitumor activity in vivo and worth further exploitation.
