摘要
视情报研究为跟踪技术和产业发展重大动向和趋势的有生力量,从如何关注并发现重大创新入手,分析了作者及其工作团队在"大数据"研究上取得局部成功的原因。同时总结了"非偶然因素"的工作路径,即情报研究工作应嵌入专业领域、基于团队合作的情报跟踪研究、情报采集点尽可能前移、正确对待送上门的信息等四个方面。此外,还简要阐述了情报研究的困境,就情报发挥引领作用、影响社会影响决策的情报服务路径和情报工作在决策链中的地位,进行了思考。
The paper takes intelligence research as effective strength for tracking major trends of technical and industrial develop- ment, and starts from concerning and discovering great innovations, to analyze the causes of the author and his team＇s partial success in big data research. It also summarizes working path of non-accidental factors, namely emphasizing the intelligence research should embed into professional field, teamwork-based intelligence tracking research, collecting intelligence as earlier as possible, and dealing with the information delivered to your door correctly etc.. Besides, the paper gives a brief description of difficulties of intelligence re- search, and thinks over how to play leading role of intelligence, intelligence service path affecting society and decision-making, and the status of intelligence in decision-making process.
