期刊评价的产生与我国期刊评价的发展

Emergence of Journal Evaluation and Its Development in China

论述了期刊评价的产生,回顾和总结了我国期刊评价的发展历程。我国期刊评价发展至今已经形成了两大体系:基于文献计量理论的期刊定量评价体系和基于质量评估的优秀期刊评价体系。其中,期刊定量评价是最具社会影响的期刊评价方法,它的发展经历了引进、应用与创新三个发展阶段;优秀期刊评价则形成了两种不同评价主体的评价模式,即以政府为主导的优秀期刊评价和以行业组织、学术团体为主导的优秀期刊评价。

The paper briefly reviews the emergence of journal evaluation, and summarizes roundly the course of development of journal evaluation in China. Two journal evaluation systems have formed in China to this day： bibliometrics-based quantitative journal evaluation system and quality-analysis-basod excellent journal evaluation system. On one hand, quantitative journal evaluation is the most influential method after developing in three stages： introduction, application and innovation; on the other hand, excellent journal evaluation gets two models basing on different evaluation main bodies, one is government and the other is industrial organization or a- cademic group.
