摘要
介绍了以传播、教育、公益为核心的美国图书馆服务精神的内涵,通过中美图书馆网络信息服务比较、知识讲座服务比较、弱势群体服务比较,分析了中美图书馆服务在发挥传播职能、教育职能与公益职能3个方面存在的差距,旨在启迪我国图书馆服务建设的新思路。
The paper introduces connotation of American library＇s service spirit which center on spread, education and public welfare. Through comparing library＇s network information service, lecture service and vulnerable group service between China and U- nited States, it analyses the gaps in spread function, education function and public welfare function, so as to enlighten a new way for li- brary service construction in China.
