98例外伤性白内障手术治疗的临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of 98 Paradigms of Traumatic Cataract Surgery

目的:探讨外伤性白内障的手术时机和手术方法。方法:2008年6月至2012年9月我们共收治98例(98眼)外伤性白内障患者,根据伤眼受伤程度不同分别采取一期和二期白内障囊外摘除术、联合一期或二期人工晶状体植入术,观察术眼视力恢复情况及出现的并发症,术后随访6～24个月。结果:本组98眼中,术后矫正视力0.8以上者5眼(5.1%),0.5～0.8者32眼(32.7%),0.1～0.4者53眼(54.1%),0.1以下者8眼(8.1%)。术后出现角膜水肿23眼,瞳孔移位9眼,虹膜前后粘连9眼,后发性白内障14眼,瞳孔区机化膜4眼,晶体夹持2眼,视网膜脱离2眼。结论:依据外伤性白内障病情的不同选择不同的手术时机和手术方法,会取得良好的临床治疗效果。

Objective：To investigate the opportunity and method of the traumatic cataract operation. Methods：98 para- digms （98 eyes） in our hospital were included in the study from June,2008 to September,2012. They were taken primary or secondary surgery extracapsular cataract extraction, depetlding on the impairment degree. Combining primary or second- ary intraoeular lens implantation, to observe the recovery and syndrome of the operation eye. Follow-up was done from 6 - 24 months after the operation. Results：In these patients, after the operation, the corrected vision over 0. 8, five eyes （5.1%） ;between 0.5 and 0.8 ,thirty two eyes（32.7% ） ;between 0.1 and 0.4, fifty-three eyes （54.1%） ;below 0.1, eight eyes （ 8.1% ） ;23 eyes corneal edema; 9 eyes pupil displacement ; 9 eyes anterior and posterior adhesion of iris ; 14 eyes after cataract ;4 eyes membranctomy in the pupil area;2 eyes crystal clip ; 2 eyes amotio retinae. Conclusion： To choose the operation opportunity and method depending on the patientg condition can achieve a good clinic treatment.
