摘要
目的:探讨肺癌患者化疗前后血清Hcy、TGF-α和TGF-β1水平的变化及临床意义。方法:分别采用放射免疫分析和免疫法对31例肺癌患者进行了化疗前后血清Hcy、TGF-α和TGF-β1测定,同时与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:肺癌患者在化疗前血清Hcy、TGF-α和TGF-β1水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),化疗后3个月与正常人组比较仍有显著性差异(P<0.05)。血清Hcy水平与TGF-α、TGF-β1水平呈正相关(r=0.5132、0.6022,P<0.01)。结论:检测肺癌患者血清Hcy、TGF-α和TGF-β1水平的变化与肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of the changes of serum Hcy, TGF-α and TGF-β1 levels after chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer. Methods Serum Hcy ( with immune method), serum TGF-α, TGF-β1 ( with RIA) levels were measured in 31 patients with lung cancer both before and after chemotherapy. Besides, compare to 35 normal healthy controls simultaneously. Results Before chemotherapy, serum Hcy, TGF-α and TGF-β1 levels were significantly higher than those in controls( P 〈 0.01 ). In patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy for 3 months the serum Hcy, TGF-α and TGF-β1 levels dorpped markedly but still remained distinctly higher than the controls ( P 〈 0.05 ). Serum Hcy, TGF-α and TGF-β1 levels were positively correlated ( r = 0.5132,0. 6022 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Serum Hcy, TGF-α and TGF-β1 levels might be closely related to the development and progression in patients with lung cancer.
