肺癌患者血浆Fb、D-D和血清NSE检测的临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨了肺癌患者血浆纤维蛋白原(Fb)、D-二聚体(D-D)和血清NSE水平的变化及临床意义。方法:应用放射免疫分析和自动凝血仪测定法对34例肺癌患者进行了血浆Fb、D-D和血清NSE检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:肺癌患者血浆Fb、D-D和血清NSE水平均非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),血清NSE水平与Fb、D-D水平呈正相关(r=0.6325、0.5986,P<0.01)。结论:检测肺癌患者血浆Fb、D-D和血清NSE水平的变化有助于对疗效评价和预后判断,因而具有一定的临床价值。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of measurement of changes on plasma Fb, D-D and serum NSE levels in patients with lung cancer. Methods Serum NSE (with RIA), plasma Fb, D-D (with sutoagglutination method)levels were determined in 34 patients with lung cancer and 35 nornml healthy controls. Results Plasma Fb, D-D and serum NSE levels were significantly higher than those in controls ( P 〈 0. 01 ), serum NSE level showed positively correlated with Fh, D-D levels ( r = 0. 6325, 0. 5986, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Detection of plasma Fb, D-D and serum NSE levels can be useful for prediction of therapeutic efficacy and prognosis in patients with advanced lung cancer and hence provides definite clinical value.
