计及风电出力波动的发电计划模型及其应用

摘要 随着风电大规模并网,常规机组出力计划的指导性有所降低,次日开机方式的安排显得相对较重要。文章在常规机组发电计划模型的基础上,通过对系统负荷平衡约束和系统正负备用约束的表达形式变换,引出一种考虑风电功率波动特性的发电计划模型。利用IEEE RTS 96系统对该模型进行测试。测试结果表明,该模型易于与现有模型结合,能有效的处理风功率接入后的发电计划编制问题,确定一组满足风功率波动的常规机组开机方式,扩展了发电计划应用的适用范围,增强了其工程实用性。 With the fast development of wind power, the practicability of the conventional schedules weakens while the unit commitment becomes more important. Base on the conventional generation scheduling model,a new model considering wind power fluctuation is presented through the math transformation of system power balance constraints and system reserve requirements constraints. An IEEE RTS 96 system including 32 conventional units are simulated. The results show that the presented model can be easy to be combined with conventional model,and it is effective to schedule the units with the wind power and deal with the fluctuation of wind power. The application of the generation scheduling model is extended and the practicability enhanced.
