摘要
对吕四港电厂超超临界锅炉爆管故障进行了分析,对氧化皮成因进行了探讨,提出了氧化皮综合治理措施;在未完全更换薄弱管材的情况下,大幅减少了高温受热面氧化皮的生成和剥落,缓解了由于氧化皮问题而引起的超温爆管事故。
Based on the analysis of explosion accident for Lvsigang power plant,the cause of the oxide scale is dis- cussed in this paper, and comprehensive treatment of the oxide scale was put forward;Without the completely replace- ment of weak pipe,the formation and spalling of the oxide scale is greatly reduced,the explosion accident caused by the oxide is also relieved.
