摘要
随着国家环保部门对电厂烟气排放指标的考核和监督力度的加大,脱硫也越来越被重视。增压风机是脱硫系统的重要设备,直接影响脱硫系统的安全稳定运行。结合秦电一期脱硫增压风机频繁发生失速现象,通过增压风机的热态试验找出风机失速的原因,提出改进意见,确保脱硫系统能够安全稳定运行。
Along with the State Environmental Protection Department of the power plant flue gas emission index check and supervision strength increase, desulfurization is paid more and more attention. Booster fan is the important equip- ment of desulfurization system, directly affects the safe and stable operation of desulfurization system. Combining with the desulphurization booster fan frequent stall in Qinhuangdo Power Generation Co. Ltd. ,the booster fan thermal test to find fan stall reason,propose solutions,to ensure the safe and stable operation of desulfurization system.
