300MW机组锅炉末级再热器改造

摘要 由于燃用煤种与设计煤种存在差异,导致300 MW机组锅炉存在再热汽温度达不到设计值、屏式过热器壁温超温报警和过热器减温水量大等突出问题,影响机组的经济性和安全性。通过锅炉热力计算校核,提出了增加再热器换热面积的技术方案,对末级再热器实施了改造。并对锅炉进行了燃烧调整,再热汽温提高约10℃,基本达到设计值,明显改善了机组经济性和安全性。 The differences between the burning coal and design coal resulted in that the reheat steam temperature of the boiler of 300 MW unit is less than the design value,the platen superheater wall temperature over-temperature a- larm and superheater large amount of warm water and other outstanding problems,affecting the economy and security of unit. Through the check of boiler heat,it proposed the technical solution of increasing the heat transfer area of re- heater, implemented the improvement for the final stage reheater and the combustion adjustment for the boiler,the re- heat steam temperature increased by about 10 ℃ , basically reached the design value, significantly improved the econ- omy and security of the unit.
