摘要
首先对某单脉冲雷达建立故障树模型,然后通过建立的故障树对雷达故障进行定性、定量分析、计算,最后对研究结果进行试验验证。可以证明利用构建故障树来进行无线电测量设备故障诊断分析,不仅可以方便推理机构寻找潜在故障和进行故障诊断,而且可以进一步预测未来系统故障发生的概率,便于测量设备故障的检测与定位。
Fault tree analysis is a practical fault analysis methods. This paper establishes a fault tree mod- el of single-pulse radar, and makes qualitative and quantitative analysis. Using fault tree analysis for radio measuring equipment fault diagnosis analysis, not only is convenient for inference engine looking for potential fault or fault diagnosis, but also helpful for predicting the future system fault probability, and conveniently de- tecting and locating the measuring equipment failure.
