摘要
文章分析敏捷软件开发方法的起源、理念、原则及常见的几种敏捷软件开发方法。通过不同的敏捷开发方法总结出其中表现突出的敏捷工程管理实践与工程开发实践,进一步分析这些实践在实际工作中可以解决的问题,以及它们的应用前景与推广价值。
This paper introduces the＇origin of agile software development method. The conception, truth and some methods of agile software development are also introduced. Based on the methods, it summarizes some useful management practices and technical practices. Finally, the application foreground of agile software development methods is given.
