摘要
从炼油厂的热能动力系统优化与节能减排入手,叙述了目前大部分炼油厂热能动力系统存在的不足,提出了改进的措施,以达到节能减排的目的。
In terms of the thermal power system optimization and energy-saving reformation in refinery,described the shortcomings of most refinery thermal power system,and put forward improving measures,in order to achieve the purpose of energy-saving and emission-reduction.
