膜生物反应器在炼油废水回用中的试验研究

摘要 结合炼油废水厂二级生化处理出水的COD变化大、NH3-N和水温高、含有少量的矿物油和生化性较差(BOD/COD≈0.1)的特性,通过膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺处理该废水的试验研究表明:MBR在低负荷条件下运行稳定,试验期间,MBR的出水COD<40 mg/L,浊度一直维持在0.2 NTU左右,NH3-N<5 mg/L,油含量<1.0 mg/L,SDI<4,可作为反渗透的预处理系统。 It has been showed MBR is capability of anti-loading and is stable under condition of lower loading,according to the characteristic of secondary settler effluent in the wastewater factory of oil refining,COD、NH3-N and water temp varied on the large-scale,and little mineral oil contained,especially biodegradability is bad than other wastewater,BOD/COD is about 0.1,during the experiment,water quality of MBR's effluent is as follows:COD value is less than 40 mg/l,turbidity value keep in the 0.2 NTU,NH3-N value is less than 5 mg/l and mineral oil value is less than 1.0 mg/l,above all,the SDI value is less than 4,experiment results showed MBR can be pretreatment system of reverse osmosis.
