摘要
针对韶关电厂300 MW发电机组凝结器效率低、端差大、频繁出现渗漏等情况,提出了在不改变凝结器内部结构的前提下,用多向扰流不锈钢螺纹管替代铜管的改造方案,以提高凝结器换热效率,降低管道结垢、腐蚀速度,以达到消除渗漏、提高设备效率的目的。同时,对多向扰流不锈钢螺纹管换热性能进行了详细的分析,并对改造后的效果进行了对比。
According to the situations that the condenser of 300 MW electric generating set in Shaoguan Power Plant was with low efficiency,big terminal temperature difference and frequent leakage,a transformation plan of replacing copper pipe with multi-directional turbulent flow stainless steel pipe thread without changing the internal formations of condenser has been approved,to achieve the aims of eliminating the leakages and improving equipment efficiency by improving the heat exchange efficiency of condenser,reducing the pipe scaling and corrosion rate.In the meanwhile,the paper not only has a detailed analysis about the heat exchange efficiency of multidirectional spoiler stainless steel pipe thread,but also makes a comparison to the reconstruction effect.
