CFB锅炉受热面磨损分析与改进

摘要 针对循环流化床锅炉埋管、省煤器等受热面易磨损的问题,通过改变埋管鳍片的结构材质、降低入炉煤及飞灰颗粒度等措施,降低了埋管爆管、省煤器泄露等事故的发生率,延长锅炉运转周期,大大降低了停炉检修频率。 In accordance with the problems that heating surfaces such as pipe and coal economizer of circulating fluidized bed boiler are easy to be wearing and tearing,reduced the incidence of accidents such as explosion of buried tube and economizer leak,lengthened the boiler revolving period,and reduced the blowout maintenance frequency greatly by way of changing structure material nature covering up the pipe fin piece and reducing the granularity of coal as fired flying ash etc.
