Effect of Policy Compensation for Grain Production on Grain Production in China

运用DEA方法测算2004—2011年我国粮食生产补偿政策的效率。结果显示:我国粮食生产补偿政策的实施对粮食生产效率提高的影响并不显著,且呈反复波动趋势。根据我国分地区逐步推进粮食生产补偿政策实施的特征,运用双差分模型对我国粮食生产补偿政策的实施效果进行评价,分析了其对粮食产量增长的政策影响。结果显示,我国粮食补贴政策对粮食产量的提高有正面效应,但其长期效应有待研究。

This paper uses the DEA method to calculate the efficiency of grain production compensation policy of China from 2004 to 2011. The results show that the effect of the implementing of grain production compensation policy on grain production is not significant,and takes on the repeated fluctuation. According to the implementing characteristics of grain production compensation policy,it uses DID to evaluate the effect of grain production compensation policy,and analyzes the policy effect on the increasing of grain yield. The research shows,there is positive effect of grain subsidy policy on the increasing of grain yield,but its long-term effect remains to be studied.
