实验、实践教学是提高办学质量的重要环节,教育部提出把加强实践教学环节作为提高高等教育质量的突破口和关键,在教学改革中要突出实践环节。哈尔滨工业大学从办学理念、课程体系、师资队伍、教学环境、延伸效应等多维度,为学生创造和搭建有利于创新意识和实践能力培养的实验教学平台体系,包括基础实验教学平台、专业实验教学平台、项目学习创新平台、仪器设备共享平台、环境技术安全平台、实验队伍建设平台和教学条件保障平台,全方位为学生成长成才服务。在新时期、新形势下,凝势聚力,提升内涵,推动实验、实践教学改革上新水平。

Experiment and practice possess great significance in terms of educational quality improvement. The Ministry of Education puts forward that enhancement of experimental practice in education should be treated as the breakthrough and touchstone of educational quality improvement and should be highlighted. Taking Harbin Institute of Technology for an example, from the perspective of education method, curriculum system, faculty development, instruction situation, extending impact, etc. , this article establishes a certain platform for students to cultivate the competence of innovation and practical ability. The platform consists of Basic Experimental Education Platform, Professional Experimental Teaching Platform, Projects Learning Platform for Innovation, Equipment Sharing Platform, Environmental Technology Security Platform, Experimental Team Establishing Platform and Education Conditions Assurance Platform. Therefore, it will help to make effort for the intention enhancement and push the teaching reform of experimental practice to a new level.
