实践教学是高等院校教学活动的重要组成部分,是对学生进行基本技能训练、增强学生实践能力的关键环节,也是培养学生创新精神的重要手段,最近几年,文科实践教学有了较大发展,作为文科的人力资源管理专业实践教学的研究改革也日益受到关注。

Practical teaching, which is an important part of teaching and learning activities in colleges and universities, is the key to train the basic skills and enhance practical ability of students. It is also the important means of raising the students＇ innovative spirit. For recent years, the practical teaching has been developed. Much more attention to the study and reform of the practical teaching for the Human Resource Management specialty has been paid.
