摘要
在分析高校大学生创新中心特点基础上,从建设理念与模式、运行机制、创新课程、创新指导团队、创新指导教师激励机制、创新课程考核方法以及创新中心运行管理等多个方面,介绍了哈尔滨工程大学大学生自动化技术创新中心建设和探索过程。实践证明创新中心的科学合理建设,能极大提高高校学生创新能力的培养,使创新中心成为高校创新人才培养的有益补充和重要基地。
Based on analyzing characteristics of students' innovation center in colleges and universities, the exploration and practice on students' automation technique innovation center of Harbin Engineering University are introduced. The building idea and mode, running theory, innovation courses, innovation guiding teams, teachers, innovation exam and running management, etc. , are included. Practice proves that scientific and reasonable building of innovation center can improve the level of students' innovation ability and make the innovation center becoming useful and important base where innovation talents are cultivated in colleges and universities.
