摘要
对高校的实验技术队伍现状进行了调查。由于高学历人才的引进,很多高校实验技术人员的整体素质得到了提升,但是,实验人员的职称和年龄结构还不完全合理,对实验技术人员的工作、培训等方面重视不够。该文提出要从激励和约束两个方面的政策、制度和措施入手,做好实验技术队伍建设。
This article points out that the overall quality of laboratory personnel is improved by introducing high level talents. With the development of laboratory,more high technicians will be needed. However, the positional title and age structure are not very reasonable and the attention to those aspects such as the work,training and concern for others is not paid enough. This article puts forward that the management mechanism of policy, institution and measures of two aspects of incentive and restraint should be started with in order to do laboratory team construction well.
