摘要
建立硅钼蓝分光光度法测定重铀酸盐中二氧化硅的分析方法,对试验条件进行优化。试验结果表明:ρ(SiO2)在0.1~6.0μg/mL时线性良好,线性相关系数(r)>0.999,样品加标回收率为94.0%~107%;2mg磷、50mg钼、1mg砷、60mg硝酸根、20mg铁对SiO2的测定无干扰;w(SiO2)为0.340%时,测定相对标准偏差为5.9%。
A method for determination of SiO2 in diuranate by silicon-molybdenum blue spectropho- tometry was established and the test conditions were optimized. Good linearity was demonstrated with SiO2 in the range of 0.1-6.0 μg/mL,with r〉0. 999 and average recovery ranging 94.0% to 107%. The RSD was 5.9% while the SiO2content was 0. 340%. 2 mg phosphor, 50 mg molybdendm, 1 mg arsenic, 60 mg nitrate and 20 mg ferric showed no disturbance on the determination of SiO2.
