摘要
转型跨越发展是山西省"十二五"规划提出的重大战略。文章围绕转型跨越主题,就山西的资源优势与"资源诅咒"、山西经济发展新形象的塑造、软投入与经济增长质量等问题,分析了山西的现状,论述了"资源诅咒"的概念及现象,并对这一现象提出了相应的破解思路和对策。
Transition and leaping development is significant strategy of＂the 12th Five-Year Plan＂ in Shanxi province. The pa- per was analyzed status, related theory and concepts ＂resource curse＂, and put forward corresponding thoughts and counter- measures around theme of transition and leaping, according to resource advantages, resource curse, image-building, soft-input and economical growth quality.
