广西城市土地可持续利用评价研究

Research on Evaluation of Sustainable Utilization of Guangxi Urban Land

目前,我国许多城市都受到城市生态环境被破坏和城市土地资源不可持续利用等问题的困扰。选取广西壮族自治区作为研究对象,运用城市土地可持续利用理论,从生态环境合理性、经济可行性、社会可接受性3个方面,评价广西城市土地可持续利用度,并提出促进城市土地可持续利用的建议。

Currently, many cities in China are plagued by the urban ecological environment destruction and unsustainable use of urban land resources. By using sustainable utilization theory, the paper was chose Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region as research object, and evaluated degree of sustainable utilization of Guangxi urban land and put forward suggestions of improv- ing sustainable utilization of urban land from aspects of rationality, economic viability and social acceptability of ecological environment.
