介绍了新型出料系统工艺流程、结构、主要部件、功能及应用,该出料系统能够保证型材淬火后的直度,且无严重变形及划痕等缺陷。其中水槽接料装置能够使型材旋转冷却、均匀冷却,出料装置能够使型材内积水顺势流出。
