摘要
西藏高等教育学生满意度指数模型的构建,对于以学生为顾客的视角审视如何提升西藏高等教育水平具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。西藏高等学校的地缘位置、传统文化、宗教信仰、生源质量等因素,决定了西藏高等教育学生满意度指数模型具有其特殊性。本文在文献梳理的基础上,构建西藏高等教育学生满意度指数概念模型,并提出研究假设。采用西藏高等学校的584份大学生调查问卷,运用项目分析、信度分析、探索性因子和验证性因子分析等方法,最终确定包括学生期望、高校形象、感知质量、学生满意、学生信任、学生承诺、学生忠诚和感知公平等8个结构变量的西藏高等教育学生满意度指数模型。
The building of Tibet Higher Education - Student Satisfaction Index model is of great theoretical value and practical significance to reviewing how to raise higher education level of Tibet from the visual angle of students who are taken as customers. The factors, including geological position, traditional culture, reli- gious belief, quality of student resources, of Tibet higher colleges and universities have decided the particular- ity of Tibet Higher Education - Student Satisfaction Index model. Based on the sorting of literatures, the con- cept model of it is established and assumption is given for the research. 584 questionnaires to college students of Tibet were collected, and the methods of project analysis, credibility analysis, the exploring factor and con- firmatory factor analysis method, etc. were employed. And eventually, the Tibet Higher Education - Student Satisfaction Index model, including eight structural variables of student expectation, image of college and uni- versities, perceptive quality, student satisfaction, student credibility, student promises, student loyalty and perceptual equity, is established.
