摘要
教师教学个性包含了教师对教材知识的态度、教师对教学方法的创新程度、教师对教学生活的体验方式等三个方面。选取贵阳市有代表性的中小学进行问卷调查,在分析当前中小学教师教学个性现状的基础上,从主客观方面概括了现状成因;并从提高教师素养,夯实教学个性发挥的基本功,推进学校管理制度变革,消解教学个性发挥的外部阻力等方面提出了促进中小学教师教学个性发挥的有效策略。
Teaching personality includes edge, the degree of teachers on teaching three aspects such as the attitude of the teachers on the textbook knowlmethods innovation and teaching experience. This study selected representative primary and secondary schools in Guiyang City to conduct a questionnaire survey, based on the analysis of the current status of teachers teaching personality, from the subjective and objective aspects to the summarized status quo causes, and from improving teachers" literacy, reinforcing the basic skills of teaching personality to play; promoting the transformation of the school management system, digestion the external resistance of teaching personality to play, so as to promote teachers' teaching personality of primary and secondary school to play.
