文化冲突中的心理演变与思政教育的自觉策应

College Students' Psychological Evolution against the Background of Cultural Conflicts and Conscious Countermeasures from Ideological and Political Education

东西文化交织,传统与现代文化更叠,政教文化与娱乐文化碰撞,城乡文化差异等等所形成的心理冲突,已经成为当代大学生心理问题的可能诱因。面对大学生如此剧烈而复杂的文化心理冲突,思想政治教育不应该成为冲突的一方,而应该寻求解决冲突的办法。最核心的理念是,大学教育的文化体系是一个以科学研究为基础,以思想的自由论争为特征,以智慧探寻与传导为目的的文化体系,那么思想政治教育就应该融入这个体系之中,并与这个体系在思想上、认识上达成实质上的一致。同时解决楔入性、重复性教育与拒纳性接受的冲突,实现从思想楔入到思想交流的转变,从文化自守到文化包容的转变,从思想教化到智慧开启的转变。

The psychological conflict has become one of the possible reasons that cause college students＇ psychological problems. The conflict is caused by the interlacement of eastern and western culture, the replacement of traditional culture by modem culture, conflicts between the religious and political culture and entertainment culture, differences between urban culture and rural culture. Faced with college students＇ ferocious and complex psychological conflicts, we should not treat ideological and political education as one side in the conflicts but should seek solutions to solve the conflicts. Ideological and political education should be integrated into the cultural system of college education, which is based on scientific research with freedom of argument as the feature and the delivery of wisdom as the purpose. It should also establish consistency with college education in ideology and cognition and solve conflicts such as pressing and repetitive education and rejecting conflicts, in order to realize the transformation from pressing education to interactive communication, from cultural conservation to cultural tolerance, from ideological teaching to wisdom inspiring.
