功利氛围下成人教育中的价值教育理念与实践

On the Reconstruction of Value Education in Adult Education

价值教育对于成人教育目的的实现不可或缺。当前,由于成人教育的功利化,坚持知识价值中立,政治教育与价值教育不分及成人教育本身的特点,成人教育出现"去价值化"的状况。重视并加强成人教育中的价值教育,要肯定价值教育的价值,厘清价值教育各种形式的内涵及界线,针对成人学习的特点,对成人教育进行知识的创新和制度的创新,以建构一种引导成年人成为一个有价值的公民的成人教育理念和实践形式。

Value education is pressingly needed in adult education. However, it has been widely ignored in our education practice, reasons being the utilitarian tendency in China＇ s adult education, the emphasis on the neutrality of knowledge value, the unification of political education and values education and the characteristics of value education itself. This article argues that values education has an inherent value of its own and therefore should not be disregarded. It is important to clarify the connotation and boundary lines of all the forms of values education. Knowledge and institutional innovation is also needed to establish a rational mindset and a practical way to guide adult learners to become valuable citizens.
