中小学教师统一招考背景下英语教育之反思——以福建省某大学为例

摘要 英语教师教育就业市场面临供大于求的局面。针对全省公办中小学新任教师统一招聘考试(简称"全省统一招考")政策,福建省普通本科院校开始对英语教师教育进行反思。分析对全省统一招考的要求、内容和目的,结合某大学英语教师教育现状,建议普通本科院校的英语教师教育在培养目标、课程设置、师资安排和就业指导等方面做出相应的调整,才能培养出卓越的专业化教师,缓解师范就业难题。 To respond to the supply-exceeding-demand situation of the English teachers' employment market and the policy of the Provincial United Recruiting Examination of New Teachers (PURENT) in public primary and middie schools, common universities in Fujian province begin to rethink profoundly English teachers' development. After analysis of requirement, content and goal of the PURENT, based on the current situation of English teachers' development in a university, it needs adjusting in developing goal, curriculum setting, faculty arrangement and employment guidance, so as to cultivate high-standard specialized teachers and relieve the hardship of employment of English teachers.
