摘要
目的探讨高原红细胞增多血症(HPC)的脑血流及血黏度的关系,指导早期诊断和治疗,防止脑卒中发生。方法对2010年7月~2011年3月连续确诊的60例高HPC患者的临床研究,进行了彩色脑血流图和血黏度的检测,并做回顾性分析。结果血红蛋白和脑血流图呈正相关,血红蛋白越高,脑血流图改变越多;血红蛋白数与全血黏度成呈正相关,血红蛋白越高,全血黏度越高。结论 HPC患者脑血流和血黏度的改变,对HPC脑血管疾病的早诊治是关键,可以降低患者的患病率、致残率和病死率。
Objective To investigate the clinical relationships between blood viscosity and cerebral blood flow in high altitude polycythemia,in order to help in guiding early diagnosis and treatment,and to prevent the occurrence of stroke.Methods Retrospective analysis of 60 patients who were diagnosed as high altitude polycythemia from July 2010 to Mar.2011.Color Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI) and blood viscosity were tested.Results Level of hemoglobin is positively correlated with cerebra blood flow abnormality.With increment of hemoglobin level blood viscosity elevated as well.Conclusions In high altitude polycythemia,the changing of cerebral blood flow and blood viscosity was the key findings for prevention and treatment for stroke.It is essential to pay more attention to those two factors to reduce the complications,disability and mortality for high altitude polycythemia.
