人端粒酶逆转录酶在肿瘤免疫治疗中的应用进展

摘要 2009年的诺贝尔生理学和医学奖颁发给了Elizabeth H.Blackburn,Carol W.Greider和Jack W.Szostak,以表彰他们对端粒酶(Telomerase)的发现作出的贡献。自从端粒酶被发现至今,研究人员每年都要进行数百次的实验来探究端粒酶的结构和功能,并将这些研究成果应用到生物医药领域。
