Building Marxist learning Party and learning Party organization is an important strategic planning made by Communist Party of China in the Fourth Plenum of the 17th CPC Central Committee. CCP has attached im- portance to the study of Party members since its foundation and has formed fine tradition of focusing study. CPC is good at learning and furthers the study of Party members, which is an important guarantee to maintain its vigor and its battle effectiveness and to comprehensively promote the construction of socialism.
