氧化电位水对经口气管插管患者口腔状况的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨氧化电位水(electrolyzed oxidizing water,EOW)对经口气管插管患者口腔状况的影响。方法选取2010年5月—2012年7月入住上海市浦东医院经口气管插管患者90例,随机分为实验组和对照组各45例,实验组用EOW进行口腔护理,对照组用生理盐水进行口腔护理,观察两组患者口腔异味、口腔炎症、溃疡、口腔细菌株数、pH和牙菌斑等口腔状况。结果实验组患者的口腔异味、口腔炎症、溃疡、口腔细菌株数和牙菌斑指数与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者pH比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论用EOW进行口腔护理预防口腔相关并发症明显优于生理盐水,可减少或控制口咽部细菌寄居数,预防口腔异味、口腔炎症和溃疡的发生,对预防或减轻呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生具有积极的作用。 Objective To explore the effect of electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) on oral conditions in patients with oral endotracheal tube (OETT). Methods A total of 90 patients with OETY in our hospital were randomly and equally divided into the experimental group and control group from May 2010 to July 2012. EOW was adopted in the experimental group and 0.9% NaCl was adopted in the control group. The oral odor, oral infection, oral ulcer, oral bacteria, oral pH and dental plaque index (PLI) were detected. Results There were significant differences in oral odor, oral infection, oral ulcer, oral bacteria and PLI between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). But oral pH was not significantly different ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion EOW is better than 0.9% NaCl in the oral care, which plays an important role in controlling and preventing oral complications and ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP).
