摘要
剖析了在缺失企业战略考虑条件下我国烟草企业文化构建存在的误区。构建起烟草企业文化与企业战略的关系框架,并提出相应的政策建议。
Enterprise culture has always been a hot research topic especially in a time when enterprise management is entering a new stage. However, insufficient research has been done on tobacco enterprise culture construction with strategic perspective. Misunderstandings of tobacco enterprise culture construction without consideration of strategy are analyzed in detail. A framework reflecting relationship between tobacco enterprise culture and its strategy is established, under the guidance of the Top Two Principles. Policy suggestions are proposed.
