摘要
丹参多酚酸盐是从丹参中提取的有效水溶性成分,对心脑血管系统疾病有较好的治疗作用,其疗效研究已逐步涉及到肝、肾、肺和胆囊等脏器的保护作用。本文综述其用于心脑血管疾病和其他疾病治疗的机制研究。
Salvianolate is effective water-soluble component extracted from Danshen root,which has a good curative effect on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.Its efficacy has been gradually extended to protective effects on liver,kidney,lung and gallbladder.This review summarizes the research progress on action mechanism of salvianolate in cardiovascular disease,cerebrovascular disease and other diseases.
