针对公共文化服务绩效评估实践,揭示了层次分析法存在的问题,提出了具体的改进方法,构建了适用于公共文化服务指标体系的指标权重确定AHP评价模型。并给出了应用实例。

Reveals the existing problems of AHP（Analytical Hierarchy Process）,some concrete advices were put forward according to the practice of the achievement’s assessment of Public Cultural Services.Constructed index weights determined AHP evaluation model is applied to the index system of public cultural services.And application example is given.
