伪劣商品的生产和销售引起了国民越来越多的关注,它损害我国市场经济的特性、减弱国家宏观调控的效果、阻碍市场经济体制的完善和人文精神的培育。必须提高学校、家庭、社会说教和教化的实效,从哲学和伦理学的视角培育人文精神,推进符合国情的经济体制的创新,完善法制并严厉惩治伪劣商品的生产者与经营者,贯彻落实科学发展观,构建公平、法制、合作、和谐发展的市场经济体制。

The production and sale of shoddy goods attracted the nationals more and more attention,it damages the characteristics of China’s market economy,weakening the effect of the national macro-control,hinder the perfection of the system of market economy and the cultivation of the human spirit.Schools,families,social preaching and indoctrination effectiveness must improve,nurture the human spirit from the perspective of philosophy and ethics,and promote innovation in line with the national economic system,improve the legal system and severely punish shoddy goods producers and operators,and to implement the scientific concept of development,to build a fair,legal system,cooperation and harmonious development of the market economic system.
