开采15#煤层采用高可靠性液压支架的探讨

为综合利用井下煤炭资源,晋煤集团着力15#煤与3#煤配采,而15#煤的开采与3#煤有很大不同,特别是在工作面的布置和液压支架的选型方面要求更高。通过对比分析支撑掩护式支架和掩护式液压支架主要优缺点,提出了适合15#煤层开采的高可靠性两柱掩护式高端液压支架的设计方案,为工作面设计和液压支架选型提供了可行的技术参考,值得在今后15#煤开采中推广应用。
