摘要
为综合利用井下煤炭资源,晋煤集团着力15#煤与3#煤配采,而15#煤的开采与3#煤有很大不同,特别是在工作面的布置和液压支架的选型方面要求更高。通过对比分析支撑掩护式支架和掩护式液压支架主要优缺点,提出了适合15#煤层开采的高可靠性两柱掩护式高端液压支架的设计方案,为工作面设计和液压支架选型提供了可行的技术参考,值得在今后15#煤开采中推广应用。
For comprehensive utilization of underground coal resources, Jincheng coal group focus on mixed mining of No. 15 coal and No. 3 coal, but No. 15 coal mining and No. 3 coal has very different, especially on the face layout and hydraulic support selection has higher demand. Through comparative analysis of main advantages and disadvantages of standing shield type support and shield type hydraulic support, puts forward the design scheme of high reliability two column shield type high -end hydraulic support suitable for No. 15 coal seam mining, for the working face design and the hydraulic support selection provides a feasible technical reference, and it is worthy of popularization and application in No. 15 coal mining hereafter.
