通过对同煤集团永定庄选煤厂煤泥处理系统的研究,结合生产实际中出现的问题,得出絮凝剂的使用精确化,有助于系统的正常运行。成功地利用原有设备的特点,利用变频器控制加药量的方法提高了经济效益,降低了设备故障率,达到了保证产品质量稳定的目的。

Based on the coal slime treatment system research in Yongdingzhuang coal preparation plant of Datong coal mine group, combined the actual production problems, obtained accurate use of flocculants, contributed to the normal operation of the system. Successfully uses existing equipment characteristics, by using the method of which frequency converter control dosage, raises economic benefits, reduces the equipment failure rate, and achieves the purpose of guaranteeing the stability of the product quality.
